Kamigami Battles: A Reimagining of Kanzume Goddess

Japanime Games is releasing a new version of their Kanzume Goddess board game as Kamigamai Battles: Battle of the Nine Realms on Kickstarter.  The game is a PVP deck-building game, with new mechanics and content from the previous version.  They are also offering a stand-alone expansion called Kamigami Battles: River of Souls with Egyptian and Babylonian pantheons and myths.

Play as a God of mythology fighting to rule over all.  Recruit warriors and disciples to fight battles for you and kill the other Gods.  Play team match or free for all.

The pledge levels for this campaign include get either Battle of the Nine Realms or River of Souls for $40; get both games, a playmat, and exclusive god card for $100; after that the next two levels of $300 and $1,000 just throw in a whole bunch of awesome extras, like GenCon party tickets, personalized cards, foil cards, and test game, but are of limited quantities.  For those with the original Kanzume game who do not want to buy a whole new game there is the $10 Acolyte level.  It comes with new upgraded God and Temple cards to use with any future expansions.

Add-ons available for project include extra sets of either version of the new game, card upgrades for Kanzume Goddess, regular and oversize card sleeves, expansion God sets, foil God cards, playmats, and metal counters with bag.
The initial funding goal of $25,000 has already been met and several stretch goals have been met too.  Now if you back at $40 level or above you will get several promo cards, an upgraded box, new Temples, and several add-ons unlocked.  There are still more goals to be met to unlock cards, expansions.
